I’m a huge goals nerd. I love the combination of audacity and accountability that comes with setting OKRs and I get so excited to see a team of people coming together to achieve them. The problem is, I often forget to write them up in a place other than my notebook, and then I lose track of them. Big mistake. Big. Huge.

So, here they are, right here on the internet.

Overarching theme: ON TIME.

Personal OKRs:

  1. Build a strong company, as measured by:
  • Achieve 100% year over year growth in revenue
  • Unlock the ability to support teachers in any community
  • Create an engaged community of 5,000+ teachers and 5,000+ parents
  • Grow a company that balances culture, business, and mission

2. Run my best marathon, as measured by:

  • Achieve 90% of training program assignments (runs, workouts, paces)
  • Establish strength, nutrition, and rest protocols that improve my running and my mental health
  • Cross the finish line at Boston feeling happy and proud

3. Develop a daily writing practice, as measured by:

  • Write for 30–60 minutes every day
  • Publish at least 100 essays online
  • Get one piece published or a speaking engagement secured
